From the creators of BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVEDERM® Injectable Gel is designed to restore the youthful skin that has been diminished by age and other skin changes. JUVEDERM® Injectable Gel is made of hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance in your skin that helps to add volume and hydration. The injectable gel filler is a “next generation” dermal filler that is FDA approved. As a non-surgical procedure, Dr. Reddy offers JUVEDERM®. Using JUVEDERM® is a straight-forward procedure. First Dr. Reddy will gently ease JUVEDERM® Injectable Gel under the skin into the mid to deep dermis of the face to instantly restore your skin’s volume and smooth away facial wrinkles and folds, “smile lines”, or “parentheses” (nasolabial folds – the creases that run from the bottom of your nose to the corners of your mouth). How Does JUVEDERM® Work?

JUVEDERM® Ultra XC and Ultra Plus XC are dermal fillers that contain hyaluronic acid, water, and lidocaine. Hyaluronic acid is a natural substance found in the eyes and joints. It binds with water to help retain moisture, cushioning and lubricating joints and other tissues. The volume created by JUVEDERM® is the main reason why the appearance of wrinkles is reduced. JUVEDERM® injections supplement the skin’s natural supply of hyaluronic acid, filling in wrinkles and hollow areas. Lidocaine is a local anesthetic. The lidocaine in JUVEDERM® numbs the treatment area during and after the treatment session.

Am I a Good Candidate for JUVEDERM®?

The best candidates for JUVEDERM® are people with moderate-to-severe wrinkles caused by prolonged sun exposure or other environmental factors. JUVEDERM® is also the best recommendation for people who prefer minimally invasive options for correcting age lines and enhancing facial contours.
